Spanning two floors (5th & 6th) with two entrances, one on each floor, the Maisonettes can accommodate up to 6 people. The sophistication and modernist aesthetic of 3 Pines are prevalent in the Maisonettes: clean lines, wooden accents, refined modern features, bespoke furniture supplemented by renowned designer pieces made of recycled materials, and a minutely selected colour palette create the ambiance of a contemporary urban haven. 

Each Maisonette features two or three bedrooms (the Master Bedroom on the 5th floor has an en-suite bath). A staircase connects the two floors leading to the living space (6th floor), an ample, light-filled room with a cozy lounge area (the corner sofa can sleep two), and a dining table that can also serve as a working spot. With a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms , and laundry facilities, the Maisonettes have all the essentials for longer stays, plus an extra asset: each floor has a large, verdant balcony on the front and a smaller at the back. The 6th floor balcony overlooks the city and boasts sea views!
